Asana classes will be guided by experienced teachers who have deep understanding of not only their practices but also on understanding all types of bodies and how to tap the potential of each and every one of them.

The understanding and practice of the Shat-Karmas (Kriyas). Intended towards Physical and Mental Purification, removal of toxins and balancing the doshas and preparing one for the deeper practices of Yoga. This process will be guided by experienced teachers. The difference between us and a corpse is the life force - The Prana - which makes an inert (Jada) entity into an active (Chetana) . Pranayama is the practice of working with these life forces. The yogic system has a definite way of addressing the anatomy of the being. Here at TSC we will combine the knowledge of the traditional yogic anatomy and juxtapose it with modern anatomy and bring about a 360 degrees understanding of the being. The anatomy sessions will cover the practical implications of every aspect of the yoga practices which are being learnt and practiced in the classes and thereby prepare the student for not only mastering the self practice but also guide different human bodies into this practice.

This session focuses on how to take all the observations and learnings and effectively translate it to a systematic method. What are the key factors that a teacher should be aware of whenever he or she decides to share this wisdom to yoga? Every system of Yoga has a broad aspect and a nuance aspect to its nature. We assist you to learn, identify and apply both aspects of this yogic system. Note: During the course students will be conducting mock classes and will be given inputs on their teaching.

The principle of connecting with the five elements for bringing about body mind balance is the foundation of Ayurvedic philosophy. Bringing awareness on the self healing capacity of the human body through diet and daily routines is the way of Ayurveda for living a disease free life. We will be guiding students with the practices to perform Bhuta Shuddi - cleansing and balancing of the five elements for example Mud therapy, Sound bath, Fire ceremony and so on. We will also be guiding participants on diet and natural ways of well being.

The Mind is the creator of afflictions. The Mind is also the destroyer of afflictions. Yogic practices culminate in you becoming the master of your mind rather than the other way round. Then follows the experience of UNION. At TSC we will learn and practice the different techniques to Mediate - meaning, we will learn and practice various methods to bring about observation, acceptance, tranquility, concentration and eventually dropping of the mind.
