Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Shiva Constant (TSC), we strive to provide a transformative and committed learning environment. Because our courses require significant preparation and limited spacing, we adhere to the following policy:

1. Deposits

All deposits paid toward a course, workshop, or retreat are non-refundable and non-transferable unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by TSC management.

2. Cancellation by Participant

  • Before the Course Starts: If you cancel your registration before the course start date, you are eligible for a refund of the fees paid, less the non-refundable deposit.

  • Deposit Transfer: At our discretion, the deposit from a cancelled registration may be transferred to a future course date, provided sufficient notice is given.

  • After the Course Starts: Once the course has commenced, no refunds will be issued if a participant chooses to drop out or leave the program for any reason.

3. Participant Discretionary Changes

If you wish to transfer your enrollment to a later date after the deposit has been paid, please notify us as soon as possible. Transfers are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of TSC. If a transfer is not granted and you choose not to attend, the deposit will be forfeited.

4. Cancellation by The Shiva Constant

In the unlikely event that The Shiva Constant must terminate your participation in a program or cancel a course entirely, a full refund (including the deposit) will be issued.
