Secure Placement: Your spot in any course is only guaranteed once the deposit or full payment has been received.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Your agreement to these terms includes your acknowledgment of our refund policy:

Deposits: All deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing by TSC.
Participant Cancellation: You are eligible for a full refund (minus the deposit) if you cancel before the course start date.
After Course Start: No refunds will be issued for dropping out or non-attendance once a program has commenced.
Cancellation by TSC: If we terminate your participation or cancel the event, a full refund will be provided.

4. Code of Conduct

The Shiva Constant is a space for growth and respect. We reserve the right to end your participation in a course—without refund—if your behavior is found to be disruptive, harassing, or harmful to the instructors or other participants.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during our courses, including but not limited to digital content, manuals, and videos, are the intellectual property of The Shiva Constant. You may not record, redistribute, or sell this content without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Personal Responsibility: Our courses are for educational and self-development purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice.
Assumption of Risk: By participating, you assume all risk of injury or loss. The Shiva Constant shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of our services or attendance at our events.
