The yoga retreat enables one to realize the importance of reconnecting to the inner self for not only relaxing physically and mentally but also for experiencing the beauty of life with awareness and gratitude.
The retreat will be conducted and guided by experienced teachers in the process of Yoga (Asanas, Pranayama Meditation and many other practices), Ayurveda and Nutrition.
